What we collect

When you use a free tool, such as the Form 5472 checker, we collect the email address you enter, the company name you type, and the answers you choose in the tool.

When you browse the site, we collect usage data through Google Analytics, such as the pages you visit and the links you click. This data does not include your name.

We do not ask for your Social Security number, your tax returns, or your bank details on this site.

Why we collect it

To show you your result and to email you the filing manual you asked for.

To send you occasional updates about save biz services, if you joined the early list. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email or by writing to us.

To understand which pages and tools people use, so we can improve them.

Where it is stored

Tool submissions are stored in a Google Workspace spreadsheet that belongs to save biz. Emails are sent from our Google Workspace account.

Analytics data is stored by Google Analytics under its own terms.

These providers process data in the United States.

What we do not do

We do not sell your email address or your answers.

We do not share them with other companies, except the service providers named above that store data for us.

How long we keep it

We keep tool submissions until you ask us to delete them, or until we no longer need them to provide the service.

Your choices

To see, correct, or delete what we hold about you, email hello@savebiz.ai from the address you used. We reply within 30 days.

You can use the site without entering an email. The free tools then show a limited result.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. If the change affects how we use your email, we tell you by email first.
